Received the monthly statement for Lot Rent and Water,sewer etc. Enclosed was the famous News Letter . Had to laugh A big Thank You to Ray River and Mike Bowen? You forgot to put in there that they helped YES but they ALSO CHARGED YOU . So, to me they took advantage of people in a time of need and thats DOES NOT deserve a THANK YOU
Here we go again, another Race season must be starting . That man on ROYAL has his racecar there and late night of hearing the motor . Thats exactly what you want to hear when you have to get sleep to go to work the next morning . WHY do some people get by with all this stuff but they Wrote me up over a trash can ? Guess I need to find out what the RACECAR mans secret is to get by with all the stuff...... Stay CLEAR of this corrupted place .....

Ive lived in Saddlebrook for a while now as well and I think that ARC has not done much to make this place better. The drainage has been fixed but it took over 5 years of complaints and half of the neighbor hood has been repaved like the whole neighborhood needs to be. But there is a big dip on the half that was paved which is brutal even at 5 mph. The other half just continues to get patched. I have lived here for over 12 years now and I want OUT! Rent was at $155.00 when we moved in. Tamsberg sold it and then it was sold to ARC. The rent has more then doubled. $348.00 for nothing more than lot rent. They can't keep up with the vandles, drug dealers, or hardly anything else. Choose a place not owned by ARC. They are all about money and nothing more. Buisness is just that, but when you live there, it should be a little more. My rent is always paid on time. Up keep can't be that bad with over 400 units at over $300... read more
This trailer park would be a nice place to live if the management would do there job by following their own guidelines and not be rude to their tenants. Management at this park is lacking in public relation etiquette. Management will hang up on you if you try to call and request help with park guidelines.
