This is Amy - I noticed my name was in a review...PLEASE!!!! Get your facts straight before you put my name in a review that obviously are all written by the same person!!! I worked there for 4 years and enjoyed it once new management was hired! Royal Oaks is a great place to live and to work. OK enough is enough . You claim that this is a FAMILY community and that felons, drugs etc are not here. Well then PLEASE EXPLAIN to me how in August of 13 I recall reading in the Journal Star about a Woman getting ran over by a van in the Community and that it was drug related . I followed her story in the paper and on the local tv stations . CRACK deal gone bad . the woman is NO PAROLIZED and will remain that way . ok Amy that's a nice review there . We all know that this place has went to Hell in a handbag and it's crazy you would lie to get people to move here . Megan and Kennet ran this place well, cleaned it up but you write your review and lie to people . But don't talk them two down . They have both moved on with their careers and both were nice and cared . Kennet a little more because she also resided here . So spread your lies but leave them put of it
I have also lived here for many years and have seen different managers come and go, and of course this community like any other has its issues but it seems to me that the management staff we currently have are doing more to clean it up than those in the past have done! As far as Megan and "Miss" Kinette, give me a break..talk about corruption and non-existent professionalism WOW! Ok I have called Royal Oaks about a home there. I was seriously ready to purchase the home but Thank You Everyone for the Reviews . You have saved me the HEAD ACHES . and That is 100% NOT THE TYPE of Community I want for my Family. Good Luck to those of you that live there now. I hope ALL gets better for you /your family. I was told by the OFFICE STAFF, that Larry from the big Office would be there to talk to the residents on Wednesday . OK here it is WEDNESDAY and when I called to see if Larry was there I was told by AMY " He isn't here and We don't exspect him any time soon" So ok what is it? Is he there or not ? AND WHEN is he going to speak to US WE ARE THE ONES WHO PAY HIS SALARY WITH OUR HIGH LOT RENT AND ETC. Well, I have contacted the Office to many times to count , emailed the Owners, ( or who ever responds to the web site) But still , I see all the same going on here. RACECARS, drugs, nasty home sites and Office personal that turn their heads to all of it. THAT DARN RACECAR is so loud and he drives it up and down the streets and vibrates windows and NOTHING is done about it ... Well I for one will not tolerate this any longer. As a resident of Royal Oaks I can tell you first hand .STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE The Office personal talk about everyone but behind their backs of course .They allow people to do what they want out here , DRUGS<FELONS< PARTIES< RACECARS< drug deals , AMY just turns her head and says "I didn't see that" It sure has changed for the worse since Megan and Miss Kenette left or got as they say Laid off. I have lived here for years , seen Managers come and go . Seen Owners come and go . But I must say that this place has went to HELL in a handbag since this Eloise woman and Amy started running the place . There is Felons, Campers boats garbage all over . Drug deals done in the parking lot of the Office (And they have cameras) Racecars, loud cars and radios. Kids at the park cursing and fighting . I am sad to say I live here but with a fixed income I have no other choice . DONT MOVE HERE ITS TERRIBLE .
