I love living in the Palms of Archer! I have lived here for the past 5 years and I have no complaints. The maintenance staff is fast, efficient, and they take care of any issues big or small. The community is very clean and quiet, and perfect for me, my wife, and our children.
ok so lets get this straight .... Amy is the Manager at Royal Oaks? And she is the one that was on here previously bad mouthing some resident and their personal life? Wow, isnt that kinda like ILLEGAL and SLANDER? Unless you know the TRUTH then you shouldnt open your mouth . IS this person still there? Did they break any of the ever changing Rules ? I just think that if you are in the position of Management then you should stay out of someones personal life unless it involves you .
I am new here to Royal Oaks well 2 years, But I visited family that lived here for many years . so I have seen Good things and Bad things here . I have to say when that one woman that ran the community center ,( then went to the Office as assistant Manager) ,The kids, teenagers as well as young ones had respect for her , I remember going to the pool with my aunt and there were 30 plus kids in the community center , but they were polite and were not LOUD . she had them doing homework . you seen the bigger ones helping the you... read more
I have to say I think that AMY is doing a GREAT JOB cleaning up the place , But I don't agree with her running peoples name down in the process. I have lived here in Kingspark/Royal Oaks for several years and I have seen Managers come and go . I agree that Meghann was NO manager but Ms. Kennett cared about the people and the community. I am Glad that she is still in the Community ! SHE CARES... I also see that she has moved on with her Career and it appears for the better .... A 2 car rule, they bug you about everything, to many damn rules just to be in the slums
For those in need of housing with minimal investment and income this is the place for you. Not much enforcement of the posted rules and regulations about keeping appearances, conditions and operation of Home based businesses. They occasionally hold clean up days usually in the Spring but the remainder of the year it's pretty much wide open. The management has a pick and choose philosophy on enforcement.
