ok so lets get this straight .... Amy is the Manager at Royal Oaks? And she is the one that was on here previously bad mouthing some resident and their personal life? Wow, isnt that kinda like ILLEGAL and SLANDER? Unless you know the TRUTH then you shouldnt open your mouth . IS this person still there? Did they break any of the ever changing Rules ? I just think that if you are in the position of Management then you should stay out of someones personal life unless it involves you .
I am new here to Royal Oaks well 2 years, But I visited family that lived here for many years . so I have seen Good things and Bad things here . I have to say when that one woman that ran the community center ,( then went to the Office as assistant Manager) ,The kids, teenagers as well as young ones had respect for her , I remember going to the pool with my aunt and there were 30 plus kids in the community center , but they were polite and were not LOUD . she had them doing homework . you seen the bigger ones helping the you... read more
I have to say I think that AMY is doing a GREAT JOB cleaning up the place , But I don't agree with her running peoples name down in the process. I have lived here in Kingspark/Royal Oaks for several years and I have seen Managers come and go . I agree that Meghann was NO manager but Ms. Kennett cared about the people and the community. I am Glad that she is still in the Community ! SHE CARES... I also see that she has moved on with her Career and it appears for the better .... This is Amy - I noticed my name was in a review...PLEASE!!!! Get your facts straight before you put my name in a review that obviously are all written by the same person!!! I worked there for 4 years and enjoyed it once new management was hired! Royal Oaks is a great place to live and to work. Truly they do care about the residents, however, no matter what they do - it's the same residents that complain 24/7. Instead of posting all these negative reviews-MOVE!!! OK enough is enough . You claim that this is a FAMILY community and that felons, drugs etc are not here. Well then PLEASE EXPLAIN to me how in August of 13 I recall reading in the Journal Star about a Woman getting ran over by a van in the Community and that it was drug related . I followed her story in the paper and on the local tv stations . CRACK deal gone bad . the woman is NO PAROLIZED and will remain that way . ok Amy that's a nice review there . We all know that this place has went to Hell in a handbag and it's crazy you would lie to get people to move here . Megan and Kennet ran this place well, cleaned it up but you write your review and lie to people . But don't talk them two down . They have both moved on with their careers and both were nice and cared . Kennet a little more because she also resided here . So spread your lies but leave them put of it
I have also lived here for many years and have seen different managers come and go, and of course this community like any other has its issues but it seems to me that the management staff we currently have are doing more to clean it up than those in the past have done! As far as Megan and "Miss" Kinette, give me a break..talk about corruption and non-existent professionalism WOW! Ok I have called Royal Oaks about a home there. I was seriously ready to purchase the home but Thank You Everyone for the Reviews . You have saved me the HEAD ACHES . and That is 100% NOT THE TYPE of Community I want for my Family. Good Luck to those of you that live there now. I hope ALL gets better for you /your family. Wow, I can't believe I was about to hand them this money. Thank you again. How can they let ONE MAN RUIN A COMMUNITY ....
