I have been owning my condo for over 5 years as an investor. The president of the Board along with the management company are not cooperative at all . They discriminate the residents, the harass them . breaking all the Fair Housing Act rules and rights. Never answer emails, denied access to visitors .. its a night mare.. I am so sad that the have been voted to serve the residents , but you can tell that they only are in the board for personal interest..
