Hateful Apartment Manager!! This is not the place to rent an apartment in Franklin. The apartments are all in need of repair, and very old and not maintained. There a a lot of drugs that go on in this complex. The lady who runs the office, Connie is the most hateful apartment manager you will find in the area. She is vindictive and out to hurt others. Many residents have had very unpleasant experiences with her, and have moved because of her. If you are looking for a peaceful apartment home, this is not the best choice!
Awsome Family Community We have only lived here for a little bit but we LOVE everything about this apartment. Other tennets are super friendly and nice and the mantainence staff is quick to fix an problems that you might have. Quiet building even though all 6 apartments in this building have dogs. Would recommend this apartment to anyone needing a place to live.
I Love My Apartment I love my apartment. It's spacious. It's a lot in rent for me and my income level but it's a great starter place and my family needed it.
