I have been coming here since June 2025 and I've had a great experience. The receptionist are always so welcoming and friendly, especially the ones that wear a headscarf. However today there was a woman with an Arab accent and brownish-blonde hair. She was unfriendly, did not make eye contact or smile even once. I hope that she is more pleasant next time.
One star is too much honestly, -10 is more realistic according to medical experience and professionalism dr Makar
This is not a WALK IN clinic
I have been dealing with Dr Makar and Royal Oak clinic for more than 10 years. Dr. Makar is very knowledgeable and caring, the staff is very friendly.
If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely appalling. I was referred by my GP because I had a suspicious mole on my leg. I knew there was something wrong. It was absolutely obvious with the naked eye as it looked exactly like a textbook melanoma. Dr Choi kept insisting that it was just an age spot. Now I have a few age spot and they didn't look anything like that mole. He finally gave in saying "if it makes you feel better I'll remove it". Yes it would make me feel better.
