We recently just had breakfast brunch for father's day and it was so amazing. We loved the atmosphere! Staff were attentive and very friendly.food was beyond good. We even enjoyed that it was kid-friendly!! This just may be our new go to sunday brunch! Definitely recommend to anyone!
Great food at a great price. Guiness is too cold now and the new tables and chairs look ridiculous.

This place is an institution, surprisingly good food & incredible scotch selection. Lots of good beers as well. Checkout the upstairs Belgium bar, the Red Monk.
One of my favorite Des Moines hang out.
Good food amd atmosphere. Great brew. 75% of the time the service was horrible. As in I was with a party of 3 and we were ignored for 30-35 minutes, then they told us we were too late the kitchen was closed.
Great little restaurant and bar. Nice selection of English/Irish beers - only place I've found Bodington's on tap! Fish and chips are great (nice light batter) as is the Sheppard's pie, which also comes on the appetizer menu as Sheppard Pie Balls if you're looking for something lighter.
