I will not return to the Royal Lube in Tyler. Got there before car next to me and they took him in before me by quite sometime. Then after talking to man on phone to get prices he knew I wanted the cheaper oil change. When I got there I said I wanted the bulk cheaper oil (because that is what my husband said was fine) they came and told me I owed almost $50. When I asked why so much after I was told $32 (it's ladies day too) he said "you told me bulk and that is our penzoil expensive oil". What a scam! Since he knew I wanted... read more
