The emergency department has to be in the top percentile for efficiency,cleanliness and professionalism. I was amazed at the triage performed by staff. The Physicians were on top of all situations. I was treated with respect and understanding. We are so so fortunate to have this department here in Victoria. Kudos to the staff. For several years dealing with health issues and no family Dr I have very much depended on hospital care, I moved from Prince Rupert to Vernon in hopes to get the needed help for my health. This is an amazing hospital out of everywhere in bc I have been I finally feel safe and optimistic for my health.
