Dream Home! – We moved down to North Carolina from the Tri-State area. We landed in Durham; rented a home we thought we were going to buy. The home was not for us. Service after the sale is horrible and homes are not built as shown – We have bought several homes including a mobel home from Fleetwood which was put together better than this home bought by Champion through Royal Homes. Everyone is very nice and promise you the world when you come in. We had everything from flooring problems, wiring problems and cracks everywhere which have not been fixed at the 45 day mark which we feel is plenty of time. They want to blame everyone else but do not step up to the plate to get things done ... read more
