In August 2021, I purchased a chest of drawers and paid a delivery fee of $119.00 plus tax. After the unit was delivered, the chest of drawers wasn't used right away as it is in the guest bedroom. Once I decided to utilize the chest of drawers, I noticed that the rails along the side of the drawers were uneven, making one side stick out when the drawer is closed. We purchased a recliner in October and about 2 weeks after the purchase the stitches started to rip out. I called store on Germantown Parkway to tell them about the situation and was informed I could not get a replacement because it had been past the return for replacement window. She said I had to call the repair company to see when they could come and look at the chair and get a review. I purchased a mattress and when I approached the warehouse they told me twice it was not in and come to find out they had been looking under the wrong name even with my driver's license in hand .. later come back and said yes it is here and walked outside to a trailer truck and got the mattress out the back and I noticed a hole in the trailer door. I would give them 0 stars if it allowed it. I ordered a bed, dresser, and nightstand. Online it showed a time period that it was supposed to be delivered. However, the delivery driver DAMON ****** decided to do what he wanted to do. He didn't go by what the computer said. I told him that we weren't at home when he called me, saying he was leaving the warehouse. He went to our house ANYWAY at 11:42, hours before the scheduled time he was suppose to deliver. I recently purchased furniture that I had to wait 3 weeks to get after not being told beforehand it was on back order. I took off work of course to wait all day on the delivery and the driver finally arrived and asked me where I would like the items placed. As I'm telling him where to put the items he's looking at me confused telling me it's only two pieces, should've been four. Delivery process is unorganized. You don't get a estimated time on your delivery. I waited all day for my furniture until it was time to pick my kid up from school. They didn't wait 5 mins til I returned to delivery my furniture but left a note. I waited all day but they couldn't wait 5 mins.
