Ordered 2- recliners was not delivered when they said it would be delivered. One chair was not functioning correctly and had to take back and I just wanted my money back. Charged me for restocking a chair that is broken and should not be resold. That is totally wrong

I purchased almost $5k worth of furniture from ******* location. Because I was relocating to another state I had the moving company pick up the furniture from the warehouse on Tranquility Drive. When I arrived at my new home I unwrapped my furniture only to realize that they did not include the feet for my couch and loveseat. When I contacted my salesperson she told me that they do not ship feet and that I could stop by the store and pick them up. Royal Furniture in ********** ala I bought a section and it came with a free recliner chair .*************************** Was my sale person She was so friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end and the delivery came on time but had a little problem . the mens they was not professional at all one of them said how many time you want me to move this couch??. But they had to bring the recliner back the next week because they damage it so they sent two different mens they was so nice in very Professional they did the job ... read more

I have bought at least 2 other non-leather couches in this store before and after the disgusting state of the couches after years of use, I decided to buy a leather couch with extended warranty in January 2024. In October 2024, the faux leather underneath the seating area started peeling and I called the company warranty, and they denied the claimed due to my dogs. The customer care department is very unprofessional. I have been trying to get an update on repairing or replacing my coffee table that was purchased from the store on *************. A company, AHM came out and inspected the table and I was told that the furniture was warped. He informed me that this happens because the furniture is placed in the warehouse too long. ********************* in collections has a very nasty a** attitude. She acts as if her own color is beneath her. You can explain s*** to her because she thinks she knows more than you. The main office in ******* has an accountant who has Nasty attitude her name ************* have a home office building her customer are not allowed in side. I have been trying to have my over payment on a wage assignment she is rude on the phone . She told me if I had paid my obligations I wouldn't be having this problem, well there were situations in my life that created that problem. She put the court order thru twice and tried to collect.
