I dont normally write a review so Im going to make this quick and straight to the point. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR WARRANTY, its a ripoff. We purchased a mattress set 5 yrs ago with a 10 yr warranty. A zero they not trust worthy they not up to up they tell you one thing commercial show another then they lie so much from the store to customer service they said you get a 70 tv with a electric recliner that's what I have then they said it was the gray color then ***** when I told them I have brown then that not the name brand name that's not what the ad on TV say then serial number they say any thing to get you in they store

I am writing to you today to express my disappointment with a recent purchase (sofa)from your company. On August 22 the sofa was delivered to my home. Upon a tenth month inspection, I found it to be damaged. The damage to the product is defective and unusable. The back of the sofa frame is damaged and broken, the frame and the fabric are damaged. From the saleslady ******* to the delivery driver, everyone proffessional and give complete courtesy. I have had at least six accounts from downtown, ***** and ********** stores. I don't have not 1 complaint. I still have same bedroom suit at 15 years old and passed the rest of my furniture to greatgrandson. . Royal is the best for furniture needs.

I am a long time customer.....decades....have furnished most of my home with Royal Furniture. My daughter bought a house last year and was looking for funishings. I obviously recommended Royal Furniture. She purchased a table and 6 chairs, and took delivery on 4 of the 6 chairs at the time and was advised that it would take about 6 months or more to get them. We bought 2 leather couches last year and paid extra for the extended warranty. Two weeks later the leather started peeling on one of them. We contacted the company and the couch was replaced. Great! Then 6 months later both couches are peeling and the springs on one of them have broken. Contacted them again and they said it wasn't covered under the warranty. I think furniture should last more than 6 months to a year under any warranty. Royal's furniture is junk and they try to cheat you out of the warranty that you pay extr... read more

I purchased a massage recliner which I have warranty. The recliner does not massage at all. Royals sent a tech to look at it and I stated the recliner does not vibrate/massage. He did not send notice/nor called me to advise what was the results if Royal was going to repair the recliner. I had to call myself and spoke with ********. ******** is very unprofessional in her position as customer service. She told me that the tech said that there was nothing wrong with the recliner.
