The technician, Austin, was very courteous and efficient. He told me everything he was going to do and let me know when he came across circumstances that caused him to change what he had planned to do. He cleaned up the work area and made me feel comfortable that I could contact the company if I had any further problems or questions
Tech did not fully explain all work that would need to be done. Advise I had a pressure problem that might cause problems in 2 weeks or 5 years, did not go into any detail at all about what additional work I would need done to prevent problems. I had a leak I. We had a toilet that was not flushing and leaking - called Royal Flush, and they gave us a three hour window the next day. When the time came, we got a call from them saying they were all tied up with another job, and said they would not be out until the day after. When the plumber came, he inspected the cistern and recommended replacing the flapper and another part. When I asked if the plastic rod needed to be replaced as well, he said it wasn't necessary. My experience with Royal Flush Plumbing was very possitive. The technician who serviced my hot water heater issue was very informative, patient, and curteous.
The agent checked out the running toilets and gave me multiple options in fixing my toilets. Two toilets needed an adjustment; the third needed a minor rebuild. All the toilets are working, and I was quite satisfied with the job.
Communication was excellent both from the office staff & Ben ( service guy ) Did my homework with BBB etc. & the reviews were correct. Ben showed up on time & evaluated the issue with my hot water heater ( relief value needs to be replaced ) Came up with a very good price & I didn't need a new heater. It's been 3 weeks ago & no issues so far. 2 thumbs up!!
Jacob from Royal Flush Plumbing arrived on time and was finishing installing (3) faucets in a flash. As a repeat customer I highly recommend RFP. (5-of-5 Stars).
The best repair contractor experience I've had. Wish you all did electrical and general repairs as well. We could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Outstanding job!

I called at about 8am by 12;30 Ben was at my house with the estimate and once I gave the Okay the replacement of my water heater was complete by 4pm. Great service and technician
