used to be great tasting coffee but for some reason this year the quality changed along with the packaging. we've been ordering the same gourmet flavor for 3 years and the taste is awful now.
Decent coffee, horrible company to deal with, impossible to reach over the phone, moody and arrogant delivery drivers, having to buy coffee from other suppliers since our coffee guy stopped coming 2 months ago and I cant talk to anyone in the company... I wish IHG would drop them as their "approved" and only coffee/tea supplier

Royal Cup Coffee & Tea is a great company. They are very good and consistent business partners and provide excellent customer service. I find their coffee to be high quality, with a vast selection of coffees and teas. They also have a very fast response time to addressing issues with their equipment.
I delivered there and they were very fast and courteous.
