My vehicle was damaged while it was in their body shop. During the month it was in for repair there scratches made all over my windshield. I'm sure it was probably accidental but they are not taking responsibility for it. The service person Jak has promised to fix it and never done so, here we are 3 months later and my windshield is still scratched and Royal Collision Center. Has blown me off AGAIN! I don't know what else to do. I don't know if I can take legal action. But use lots of caution if you choose them for services.
Jay and Jack were very helpful. Although my car took quit some time to repair, the ordering of parts took a bit of time and the interior damage was worse than anticipated when they took bumper off. All in all I am very satisfied and appreciate the work the team did on my car.
I had my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali repaired here. They had it almost a month but it was well worth the wait! Picked it up Friday and it is just perfect, as if it had never been damaged. I told them I was a rattle and squeak freak and would bring it back if I heard anything. They said it has a lifetime warranty so bring it back any time I hear anything. Thank you so much!
