They won’t refund our money because we cancelled our trip 2 days before they cancelled all cruises due to Covid. If we hadn’t of cancelled we would have already travelled to America only to find out the cruise was cancelled. It’s a bad reflection on their values that they would rather keep our money than give it back since the world is no longer the same as when the trip was booked and there is no safe travel dates in sight anytime soon.
Only because waiting since March for refund. And no contact just generic email.
