Very unhappy today! Had a Junior Suite for Feb 28th and it was canceled not realizing that I ONLY had to December 16 to reschedule they won’t do anything about giving me what I had. It was a free room and casino money but they just lost a customer
Love royal Caribbean. Awesome staff, and accommodations.
i paid for a bigger room and they gave me a smaller room with no refund i have been of their ships for over 20 years with my family
