Very responsive, and really nice to speak with
I went to the dealer, looked at the vehicle, it needed repair. I told the sales person I would buy the 2012 GMC Acadia if they repaired the problem. I asked her to email me when it was repaired. I still haven't heard from her.
Bought a truck and within hours needs fixed and no help from them oh course!! This definitely is not one of the good small dealerships you can believe or trust. Would never buy or refer them to anyone!!

I hate to suggest that I got a bait and switch, but I reached out to this dealer to see if a vehicle was available. I was told by email it was available and “priced aggressively to sell.” I called ahead (not being sure if I needed an appointment due to Covid-19) to ask to see it — I called the vehicle by year/name — and was told “yeah, you might have to wait a bit, but we’ll get to you.” I made the 20-25 minute drive, thankfully not far, and when I got there a different sales person met me as I was walking towards it to say... read more

I bought a car here back in March and the experience was eh. The car, which was in pretty good shape and exactly what I had been looking for, had a cleared code for a catalytic converter and a purge valve. They didn't really seem surprised when I told them about it so I'm pretty sure they already knew.
