As a first time home seller I had no idea what I was doing. Roy was a huge help as he was was not only able to answer my endless list of questions, he was able to advertise my listing with close to 2000 potential buyers, that I would have otherwise would not have been able to connect with.
Selling our house was a breeze because of the attention to detail that Roy brought to the table. He is knowledgeable, personable and a first class individual. He kept us in the loop, no waiting to hear back. His organizational skill are fantastic. Would I use him again for a house purchase or sale? In a hearbeat.
