Advertised navigation and took the chip needed for it out told me to pay 200 for it. Replaced rims with plastic ones .. very unsatisfied to say the least

Mr. Blagg.... I asked you to contact me directly, and I haven’t heard anything from you. As a small business who try’s to treat our customers very well, it’s aggravating to be continually bashed on social media when we haven’t even been able to resolve the issue.
After spending several days exchanging emails woth Dane Niland; my husband and I drove over two hours to test drive with the intent to purchase a 15 passenger van. After arrival; we were told by Dane that it had already been spoken for. At no time did he email or try to get a hold of us. He then laughs it off by saying so lets look at some other cars! Typically, if we would have known you were coming from 2 hours away, we would've held the vehicle for you. Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding.
Dane did a good job selling me my 2018 honda ridgeline truck and was very knowledgable. Tom and Ben were very down to earth and treated us like they had known us for years. Biggest piece of crap we have ever owned is a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander bought from here. Had to have warranty work done on the tire, muffler and rear wiper fluid was coming out rear hatch light right after we pulled off the lot. I have had to replace the tire they fixed after it blew on the interstate with 4 kids in the van from constantly losing air and the muffler makes the most horrendous rattling noise.
