We happened upon this Honda dealership while on our way to Chicago. It was a complete coincidence that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Not only did they fit us in but replaced my alternator and got us back on the road in less than 3 hours. The service department was exceptional and customer service was first class. They made sure we Had everything we needed and even drove us to eat while we waited. Instead of driving to O'Fallon we will now be coming here.

Received great service when buying my first Honda Odyssey on January 2. Roy, Adam, Doug, Michael and two other guys helped with showing me features, financing, test driving, making the purchase and putting on mud flaps! They listened to my needs and stayed within my budget. I love the heated seats and already drove it to Chicago and back. Thanks all!
I'll be writing up a report for everyone to see, how this company lies to sale vehicles and proof to back it up. It's almost ridiculous how I have been done by this company , Ford square, Chrysler in mountvernon, were talking about filing a law suit...feel free to contact me before you buy.
