Was professional and helpful but the prescription that was sent was not covered by insurance and ended up costing me over 3 hundred dollars. I wish the generic would have been sent instead.
I saw her at the instacare recently and had a horrible experience. She was incredibly short with me and did not listen to my concerns. She even went so far as telling me that if something I mentioned happens that I should seek immediate care… I’ll be waiting it out for an appointment with my regular doctor next time.
She was quick but listened to the problem! She helped us get on our way and my little one feeling better!
