Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. BE READY WITH A LAWYER TO SURE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS. Bridget told me that my finance doesn’t have hipaa rights because he’s on state parole. This woman is the case manager supervisor… and lied right in front of us. Told us that she’s spoken to me several times. She spoke to me once. Said what she said then said this conversation is over. When he asked why she never spoke to him… her response was that she was under the impression that he couldn’t speak for himself since he has a power ... read more
Hospital accepts insurance plan when asked- but emergency room physicians do not. So ask the doctor directly before he exams you or you will get a very large bill that your insurance will not cover.
Bedside manner.
Your insurance covers you visit not the doctors exam. 5k in doctors fees shameful

They charged me nearly $500 for the visit and this week, over FIVE YEARS LATER, they sent my bill to a collection... read more
Unprofessional. Was writhing in pain for three hours just to be ignored in ER. When I would ask for help or info half of the staff rolled their eyes and were nasty and incompetent. One nurse laughed. One male nurse actually tried unsuccessfully to physically intimate me when I was begging for pain relief. Twilight Zone.
I did a review two years ago. I deleted so I could do my new one. I went in and didnt knowing I had the flu or strep. they told me it was a VIRUS. I went to urgent care today and guess what? I have THE FLU AND STREP! I still don't recommend this hospital.
I will be contacting our local representatives tomorrow morning. We went to your ED and was charged 1500 to see the ED dr., who was not in network . Yet the hospital is in network . I can’t control what ED dr My husband was given. The comment “ we do not contract with that company anymore “ does not work as to we are our our 1500 And should have paid 150. This has been going on for 5 months and had to pay the bill so it did not go to collections
