I called yesterday (Thurs) to make an appt during business hours..got anwering machine...never received a callback...called all morning and when they answered ..(1/2 hour after was to be open)...says they cant see me today...I went down and sat all day with the hopes of getting in ...then at time of closing tells me...sorry...says can make an appt for next Wed...REALLY!!!..I will never go back to these people!!!

My name is Richard Graham i was a guess at Nort Bay Hospital for a little over a week . I took myself there 4/9/2014 cause i could not breath, they took me in right away and soon took me up to a room one the 3rd floor, where i was given all the help i needed right away. The nurses and nurse tecs. were very friendiy and very helpful with any needs i had. RUN FOR THE HILLS – John Gross and his inexperienced staff is less organized and give you less attention than Mcdonalds, its a fast, bang ya for stuff ya dont need and rack up your bill operation $100 to weigh you, $100 for your temperature, $200 bucks for blood pressure, $300 bucks for the visit.....and you'll never know cuz insurance pays it....Fraud all the way by a bunch of Hacks. STAY AWAY this is the clinic that illegal immigrants go to to get a tooth pulled and a VICODIN script.

Morton Plant North Bay Hosp – My brother was brought in to this hospital by ambulance for chest pains and breathing problems.When they arrive they put him into a wheelchair and wheeled into the lobby to wait.After I complained a nurse opened the door and waved her hand come on in disgust made him get out of the chair and walk after he just had a black out moment.........it goes on... basically very poor fifthly hospital the floors could not possibly be sanitized overall personalty's cleanliness poor

When a couple of people fail the system fails – SJWH really let me down on top of a two plus hour wait for a scheduled c-section I was handle with insincerity, thoroughly confused and misinformed, and prevented from being with my daughter. My experience ranged from rude nurses not letting me into the nursey to orders from nurses that they thought required no explanation as to why I had to do what they were telling me and also why they were doing what they were to my daughter.
