Exceptional service, the two fellas working were above and beyond. Wish I remembered there names. The drinks were amazing as well! Definitely will recommend and make my way back there soon.
I wish I lived in Grand Rapids to visit the Rowster Coffee shop. I live in Port Huron, and make it to GR once a year and this shop is a must every single year. I love the staff, choices, and try to promote this place anytime I hear a friend going to Grand Rapids. Continue to serve great coffee with a tremendous heartwarming attitude about your jobs. It shows that you care about the people that come in, every single day.
I am impressed by Rowsters commitment to customer service! We had an issue, but James called me and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Thank you, James, and the whole Rowsters staff! We look forward to our next visit!
