Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
I was satisfied with my visit. They were friendly, helpful and competent. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Their office was one of the quietest dental offices I've ever visited. I felt a little out of place with my 5 young children and wish there was more children's activities to keep the kids occupied. Parking was no trouble at all.

They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
