Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

My comments: I have seriously waited an easy 2.5 hours before having my teeth woried on. I waited in the wiating room for 2 hours, then when in the chair, waited anotehr half hour. Was in the office for a total of 4 hours. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!! Long waits are not uncommon at this dentist. I also find that they find things wrong with your teeth when there is nothing wrong. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! They were always present and attentive Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Definitely! They barely cleaned my teeth at all Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Definitely not, I almost choked

Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
