Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little. I wish they had been more gentle Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes, I was definitely uncomfortable Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Definitely not, I almost choked

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Was the waiting area spacious? Yes
