Cold, stale breakfast Came on a Sunday about an hour before breakfast ended. Our eggs were rubbery and cold, pancakes hard and crusty, like they had made a big batch of both first thing in the morning and had been serving them all day. McDonald's has higher standards, will not return.
Route 66 Classic Diner is AMAZING!!! Some of the best food in Rockwall! You can have breakfast any time of the day, the Chicken Fried Steak is made the good old fashioned way with all the fixings and the burgers are amazing! If you are looking for someplace with a bit of a small town flare and great food at a great price then you definitely need to try "The Diner."
Route 66 Classic Diner is a fun, family environment My family loves this diner. We have been several times for breakfast and have always been satisfied. It has the ultimate small town feel and the wait staff is great. It's a great place to take kids.
