I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Sheehan when I visited the dealership on Tuesday. I didn't go with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle. I really and truly despise this place. Service take to long, I have a set appointment, arrive early and still shit service. 2 freaking hours for an oil change. Asked for my keys and no one knew where they were. Let's not forget the crooked sales people. The BBB should and will hear about this. I urge you to Stay clear of Rt 22 Honda, I can't wait until next year, getting rid of this bullshit car and going to Nissan.
Great people to work with. Stephen Sheehan was a complete pleasure to deal with and gave it to us STRAIGHT, which is exactly what you want from a salesperson. I had previously gotten multiple Honda's from a local dealership that didn't return my calls. Steve made it a completely pleasurable experience and would highly recommend him, as well as Route 22 Honda.
I would never go there to get a car. They made me feel like they didn't care at all asked my budget and I told them and they couldn't even help nor tried to see what I could get but call me a week later asking me if I still want a car .....horrible customer service.....
It was nice to see their employees driving in three of their Honda Civic and two new accords flying and flooring the cars up the bridge the other day over Rt 22 the guy in the civic was texting on the phone and the other two accords were racing up the bridge. Still wrap in plastic. That just signs of don't buy cars from them.
