I had the best experience buying my car @ Route 22 Honda! I didn't get haggles on the price I was looking for & I was able to get the vehicle that best for my lifestyle - Honda Pilot EX-L w/ everything! If you are looking for a new car, please ask for Ace! He was professional & knowledgeable of the vehicle. He was able to work a deal in our favor with our trade-in! Ace gets 5 stars from my husband & I ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! We are very with our new addition!
I had an amazing experience at the Route 22 Honda in Hillside. Initially my husband and I walked in because we wanted to go over numbers for a future purchase. However, Marcello's service was so great and the numbers were so competetive that we signed and drove away with our new Honda Civic 2016 that same day.
Customer service is worst. They will not treat you as a customer and they will treat you like you were there to get a car for free.. Don't even try here , if you want to see the car and compare the models. They will not show you any car, they will keep ask you about how much you have and what is your budget and all. Pls pls don't go. No respect and all..the representative Steve is the worst representative that I have ever seen. His manager also worst and they are asking only about budget and amount.
Worst in customer service. No one cares about the customer . There are 10 representatives roaming around and no one ready to even show us the car . We waited for an hour and we are moved out . We were told Stephen will address is but he doesn't seems to give a damn . Then his boss came around and asked how much is our budget and he disappeared. Worst customer service

This place Suck big time! I got ripped off ...stuck with a bs Car for 5 years. At almost $500 a month. Not even a Honda. ! I didn't do my homework.. buyer be ware of these scums!! P. S do your homework on the cars
I would recommend this place for buying new car, they have really good deal on new car
