Great customer service. Called back immediately for a water heater leak and had service the next day. Workers were able to come earlier than planned and they were in and out. Did a great job and cleaned up. Wouldn't even know they were here!
Had a leak in the kitchen wall under the window and was panicking. Called Rousseau around 8am and a real person called back and even gave updates of techs expected time of arrival. At 10:00am Morgon was at my house. I was super impressed with his solution to my problem the speed and the professional service. I had the 4 inch cast iron sewer line in the basement spring a 1 inch wide leak due to 70 years of corrosion. First thing in the morning I asked friends for recommendations and a fire fighter buddy suggested Jarrett Rousseau Plumbing. I called when they opened at 8am. Rousseau had a team at my house before 9am. We had a fantastic experience today with Nick from Rousseau Plumbing. We called about a leak yesterday. Robin in the office was extremely efficient. They came out arriving 10 minutes earlier than expected. Nick knew exactly what to do, worked quickly and cleaned up after. He explained everything to me in understandable language. Highly recommend their work and service.
They did such a great job. Had them out for 3 different issues so far. Starting with a bidet leaking. Then fridge/ dishwasher leaking and reinstalling a toilet. They did such a great job. Super polite and explained what the believed the issue was and fixed it! Might still be replacing the fridge and dishwasher, but they were honest and fixed part of the issue.
