In my old house I purchased a few Kohler fixtures for my bathroom reno. The plumbers I unfortunately hired were a disaster. I had to get Kohler involved and they sent out their certified plumbers which were Rousseau plumbing. They fixed it to perfection. We had them here today to fix a busted shower head elbow. Morgan was outstanding. He was courteous, skilled, fast and a great guy. Can't recommend him/them enough. Even the contact girl was perfect. The price was less than expected. We will use them again when needed.
First of all, a word of advice to those novices out there. Coordinating a plumber and carpenter to do a job in a short time frame is not a task for the faint of heart, with that being said here is my short story. Spoke to Jarrett last week about replacing sink faucet cartridges and installing a new shower head. Appointment was for today. Garret and Maya were on time.... polite professional, clean, and done! Don't be fooled because Garrett looks like a kid. But I'm in my 70s and if he were 50 years old he would look like a kid. . Very happy with the service.
Can't recommend them. Poor communication and very high rate-- went with another highly recommended plumber who charged $1000 less for the same thing.
