Spoke to Jarrett last week about replacing sink faucet cartridges and installing a new shower head. Appointment was for today. Garret and Maya were on time.... polite professional, clean, and done! Don't be fooled because Garrett looks like a kid. But I'm in my 70s and if he were 50 years old he would look like a kid. . Very happy with the service.
Can't recommend them. Poor communication and very high rate-- went with another highly recommended plumber who charged $1000 less for the same thing.

I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough. We were quoted $12,000 for a repair and replacement of our water heater. I turned to my neighbors task who they would trust for a second opinion and Russeau was a unanimous suggestion. Jarrett was able to squeeze me in between his already scheduled visits fixed my hot water heater in five minutes and did not charge me for his services.
