The Motto at This Dental Office is My Assistants Are Always Right No Matter What.... – I found this dentist office to be poorly run by the owner Dr. Kimberly Roup. She allowed her assistant Cassondra to exhibit a very poor attitude which included rudeness and an uncaring attitude. Good Dentist Both husband and wife are very professional and all the hygenist are competent. Overall the customer service is very good. No problem with any of the dental work.
pretty good the only complaint I have about Roup dental is that they are not very good about answering the phone..even when I call during business hours. Even when I left a message, my call didn't get returned for a week. But, the doctors are amazing, and the hygienists are very nice as well.
Great Staff !!! I had my first appointment at Roup Dental several days ago and all I can say is GREAT OFFICE. I was greeted by Amy who was very friendly and very efficient in my paperwork. My hygienest, Cassondra, was very sweet and has a warm personality. She understood my concerns and was very gentle during my cleaning. Finally I found the right place! I am very excited to tell everyone the great experience I??ve just had coming from my first appointment with the ??Roup? group. Denise at the front desk was very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable. I was shortly called back, (just enough time to fill out the new patient paperwork) and was greeted by Cassandra, the hygienist. She was very friendly and she went right to work. So-So Dentist office, needs to work on returning phone calls Roup Dental is an okay place to go, however they never call me back if I leave a message wanting to schedule an appointment. They are closed on Fridays, and I have tried to leave a message several times to schedule, but no one ever calls back. I would recommend calling during business hours because a message will not get you a return phone call.
dental office Great atmosphere, sweet staff and excellent doctor. We are definately going to go back there again. The place was so warm and inviting, when you walked in it wasn't even like you were at a dental office.
My father was a dentist Roup Dental is as good as it gets. Clean, reasonable, professional and caring. I know good dentistry when I see it and this dental office is great !! They really know what they're doing and they don't sell you on something unless you really need it. It is essential to be able to trust your dentist. I can't recommend this practice enough !! You will be glad you came to Roup Dental.
