This is the third new bike we have purchased. Bill & Carol & their staff were top notch to work with for sure. Could not ask for better service from a dealership! Dealing with both the Parts Department and the Service Department the repairs on my bike were done with extremely Professional and quality WORKMANSHIP. Absolutely will take my bike back for any repairs or service in the future !! Would have to rate them with a 5 STAR rating or better!!

Had a service issue I needed advice on while there. Service staff we willing to evaluate and offer advice right away. Sales and motorclothes staff were helpful too.
I was on a ride yesterday that got me stranded in New Town. I called Ben in the service department and he told me how to get the bike started and running good enough to limp it back to Mandan. As soon as I got the bike into town they got it in the shop and started working on it immediately. It was done in an hour and I was on my way. Awesome customer service. Huge thanks to Ben and Chris.
