We were on a cross country trip when the weather took a turn for the worse. I messaged ahead and Kelly replied. Even though it was Labor Day and the store was closed... Kelly and Coyote opened the store just for us! They were waiting at the door with towels to help us dry off! After setting us up with awesome gear... and warming up.... we were on the road again. I have renewed faith in HD dealership service. The “family” feeling was definitely present and much appreciated!!! Very HIGHLY recommend patronizing this dealer!
sold a man a bike with a botched repair job that they performed, and refuse to make things right because he "didn't purchase a pre owned warranty" for the ENTIRE bike. I've never seen anywhere that makes you purchase a warranty on their shops repair jobs. Sounds pretty scummy to me.
I've purchased two bikes and had everything from routine maintenance to high performance work completed by Roughrider Harley-Davidson. DJ, Ben, and Mike have always been more than helpful and I can trust that I will receive top notch service everytime I walk through the door! Great people and an excellent place to do business!

Bought an 08 road glide from rough rider Harley and was informed that it had new spark plugs, fresh oil change and a new belt. The rear axle was assembled wrong which caused the pulley to rub on the swing arm and mangled the pulley. Upon calling rough rider they now know nothing about a belt being replaced and never touched it. If the bearing were to have just failed on its own I would have no problem paying for repairs on my own but to buy a bike that is In no way safe and to be hung up on my the owner of rough rider Harley... read more
sold my friend a botched bike and expected him to pay to fix it. was going to buy from them but now will be taking my business to magic city harley instead.

If you care about your safety, I do not recommend buying from somewhere techs can’t put bikes together the right way.
