I was on a Long-distance ride, Nampa ID to Milwaukee WI, and I stopped at Roughrider HD to get someone to sign my Saddle Sore 1000 form (1000miles in 24hrs). Staff was great! Came right out, helped me get me forms done, and wishes me safe travels. Awesome!
Just picked up my bike, after having issues with the Stator on our trip from Alberta around the Great Lakes. Ben had his entire team helped out. From the ride with truck and trailer to town, meeting us after the shop had closed, a ride to the hotel and getting my bike on the lift and back off first thing on a Sat am, the service simply never quit. Above and beyond is a massive understatement. Thanks a lot boys. The entire service team was outstanding.
