Mike helped me out more than could have ever been expected with my Street to Road Glide Conversion, instead of stonewalling me and telling me to trade in on a new one. For this you have my respect and future business. Nothing but good to say about Ben and the service department either, always go out of their way for me, to the point of staying late on a Friday when I just had to have some work done before a trip, and always fair on pricing. Recently bought a 16' Limited from them, the experience has been amazing. The buying experience was great, rode several different bikes before I made a decision everyone was patient while I made up my mind. Parts guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. The personal service and attention to detail is awesome. We bought a bike recently and everyone was so nice and helpful with no pressure. From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcome. They covered everything when we picked up the bike, called the next day just to see we got it trailered back fine. Can not pick just one employee because I think we dealt with every employee on some level and all were fantastic.
