I want to add to my 5 star review after I went to a walk in place that I won't name. What I learned is I have to come back to Rouge! And now here are my reasons why. Today I saw the staff at the establishment I went to treat the newbie tail tech terribly. My nails could look better.This does not happen at Rouge and I regret not making an appointment to go see them again. The atmosphere is just wonderful and friendly.
