Tried to use the link but had trouble so just came here instead. The review is for services performed today by Max Herr on 22 Laura Dr. He went above and beyond to make sure our pest needs were met. Also assured us that if anything changes they can come back out at anytime free of charge. Service like this is what can sway a persons mind when it comes to deciding whether to spend money on pest control. Thanks again for everything.
Yes would definitely recommend Rottler - I had additional questions about a treatment Max did after he left and I texted him and sent him a video he responded quickly and even texted me on Monday to see if the ants were gone !
Jason is a great technician. Always checking carefully for pests and asks us for any special issues that he needs to look at for us. He cares about our home and our satisfaction.
I received a text stating that the agent would arrive in 5 minutes. This is not acceptable. I had to drop the bridge call I was on for work in order to unlock the gate to my back yard and had to get back to the meeting without being able to talk to the agent about having a mouse in the house. I would like a text at least 24 hours in advance so that I can also get ready to have the agent do the inside of the house as well, something the short notice has prevented me from doing for the past 4 months.
Max was here this morning and treated my house for termites. He was extremely professional and I appreciate him taking his time and explaining everything to me.
Thank so much to Rob!! He went above and beyond my pest care needs today!! Always appreciate the service provided!!
