Max did a great job explaining the work he was going to do and gave me options which work to do first since we were working around a toddler's nap time. He was very friendly and had PPE for entering the home to keep everyone safe. He made sure I had his contact number and let me know the best ways to get in touch with him. The best part, my son was watching him work on the porch and he took time to be goofy with my son. That absolutely made my son's day. Thank you for being an awesome technician!!!
