This was my first time calling Roto-Rooter (Morrow, OH) - our sump pump failed late at night, and with the storms moving through we wanted to get someone out as quickly as possible. I received a call first thing in the morning and the service associate was at my house at the earliest possible time in the range given. He was friendly and courteous, made sure I understood the work and the costs, and took the time to explain everything to me once he was finished. Definitely will use this company again!

Our first service man was polite and did the best job that he could. He was clean and courteous and did a thorough check of what could possibly be causing the problem. The next day, when the toilet continued to leak, they sent another service man immediately. It was just a minor oversight by the previous service man (just a loose bolt), but it was fixed and the service man stayed to check it several times over so I did not have to call them again. Kansas City MO... needed to have the main sewer line cleared of tree roots. service man was sent to perform this task, but he did not believe that the main line was clogged. he tried cleaning a different drain instead. he fumbled around with that task, did not complete anything, billed me, then left telling me that another service man would follow up with me. no follow up. My experience with Rooter-Rooter was more than I expected. The service was great, and delivered in a timely fashion. The plumber they sent out to my house was pleasant and super positive for the job that needed to be done in my home. I will refer Roto-Rooter located in Baltimore, Md 1648 E.
