I called for an estimate and price of service call and received an appointment window for the next morning. The technician, Kevin arrived in the earlier half of the appointment window which was great because I like to handle business and be able to move forward with my day. Kevin was very professional, had business card in hand as I greeted him. He was knowledgeable, explained in detail, answered my questions, completed the job quickly and efficiently. Thank you again Kevin for a job well done.

After expressing having issues after a drain repair I was contacted by the manager Dustin who then sent out a supervisor Todd and his best tech Heath both was cool and went above and beyond to fix the issue I was surprised at how much they wanted to make thing right and not screw me over .They definitely have a standard they stand on for sure for their customers .

Keith and his mitigation supervisor Marcus were very thorough and listened to all my concerns. Keith explained all my options that could be done and also discussed the pros and cons of each outcome. They were both a joy to have here working on my issues. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

I had my shower valve and trim updated by Keith from Roto Rooter. The technician was excellent and the work was very well done.
