I can't say enough about how easy it is to work with Roto Rooter. They are prompt to respond and professional. I have used them two different times. The first job was major and included several repairs and installation. The plumber was Blake and he was very thorough, professional, and explained my options and need for each unexpected repair. The second call (2 years after the first) they ask if I wanted the same service guy. I was so happy to have Blake out for my second call. He is honest and down to earth! I definitely enjoy Kevin and Craig . They are very polite, well mannered and made sure the job was secure and properly finished. I would recommend those two anytime . Definitely follow protocol and made sure everything was tightened, and working to the T. Very professional . Thank you gentlemen

I have had to interaction with this company twice and it has been pleasurable both times. With the embarrassing mess that I was dealing with both times the staff member reinsured me, made the experience relatable, and comfortable to deal with. The prices are high but worth the customer service experience.
