Heath and Chase were awesome. They worked quickly and were informative and kind. Also Todd the field supervisor came by and was a value add.
Keith did an excellent job.
Keith did an outstanding job, worked hard and was very consistent when trying to identify our emergency plumbing issues. His supervisor, Todd also came by to help out and stayed until we knew what the problem was and provided a resolution. They provided stellar customer service, exhibited top notch professionalism and were very personable. What a great team! Thank you both for your help and outstanding service!
Outstanding service from Roto-Rooter! Heath (the plumber technician) was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Marcus and Chris, the mitigation supervisors, were also excellent responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend this team.
Heath, the plumber, and Marcus, the remediation technician, are very professional, polite and mannerly. They explained things in detail, gave best and worst case scenarios, and even gave options for self pay versus filing under our homeowners policy. Heath was proactive in contacting Marcus early on when he saw what we were dealing with so it didn’t take long once Heath was done for Marcus to check things out.
