I had Roto Rooter out at my home ant he Service Tech was very polite, knowledgeable, It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but they came out within 2 hours of my call. The other companies could not come out for days. Great service , highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Roto Rooter. They were quick to send a plumber to our house, finished the job in a timely manner and actually cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely recommend them to my neighbors for plumbing issues.
Thad Roto Rooter come out and fix our master bathroom shower. He explained to me what the problem was and approximately how long it would take to fix it. He was very kind and knowledgeable about plumbing. He did a great job and everything was completed in a timely manner.

TL;DR - Do not use Roto-Rooter for any drain services. Employees work on commission and will sell you unnecessary sewer line repairs using scare tactics. Sewer line cleaning was insanely expensive and sewer line needed to be cleaned by a 2nd company because it was not fully cleared. Story: Our sewer line backed up on February 26. I called the first number I could find with good Google reviews: Roto-Rooter.
