I called the Answering Service at 4am and had a line tech here by 830am. The gentleman who scheduled the appt was kind, informative, and professional. Steven was my Line Cleaner. He was prompt, couteous, and thorough. Setup an appointment online for between 12pm-4pm on Thanksgiving day. They called about 10:30 or so and asked if I'd like an earlier service time which was great since it is in fact Thanksgiving. Our tech (Dallas) arrived a few minutes earlier than I expected (thank you for that) and was friendly and polite and had the issue resolved in just a few minutes.
