Our plumber Raymond Arriola was very nice, helpful, and quickly got our sink fixed. We were told he would be here between 12:00 and 4:00, and he got here just a few minutes after 12:00. Highly recommended!

Roots were blocking pipes and the drain had backed up into the basement. Nick was at the house within an hour of contact. He had the pipes cleared quickly, and gave multiple options for preventative maintenance in the future.
Carl of Roto-Rooter was very professional and courteous. He worked diligently for about three hours removing a rotted pipe below my first floor sink and installing a new sink I purchased. It was not an easy job but Carl had the knowledge and tools to complete both jobs. Thanks Roto-Rooter!!!

This was a follow up to a service I had six weeks prior. It was much better than the original experience. I wish Mike had been the first plumber on the job for the original sewer back up. He was very knowledgable and quickly got to the job. He recommended we find the buried clean out box in my front yard. He found it quickly dug it out. He also found exactly were the clog was in the drain and quickly cleaned that as well. He recommended some preventative solutions to stave off future problems.
