The young man who came to the house (5745) was professional, respectful, and overall great experience.
Any time you have plumbing issues it’s always stressful. Thankfully Roto-Rooter takes a lot of the anxiety out of it be providing world class professional service. They were on time, finished quickly, and did solid work. I am very pleased with their handling of the issue I had with my bathroom sink.
It was easy to make an appointment online with Roto Rooter. I received a call 30 minutes before the arrival of the technician. TJ was pleasant and professional. Easy way to maintain my sewer pipes.
This service was done on Sunday within two hours after I contacted Roto Rooter. Charles was my service tech and did an amazing job. I have used Roto Rooter before and will use them again.
We have never used Roto-Rooter before our clogged drain issue. I cannot express enough how please I was with every aspect of company. Our service man was Hasan A. (5506) He called when he was on the way and was very polite and listened to our problem and did a great job fixing it and cleaning up his work area. We get tree roots growing in our clay pipes. RR is always quick, courteous and able to solve our root problem. Steven was pleasant and gave tips to help keep the pipes clean. We will continue to use RR and hope to have Steven as our technician again!

Eric was out serviceman and he was fantastic! He came to the house about an hour after we called and got our run unclogged with in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend Eric and will use Roto Rooter again based on our great first experience!!
