On the 4th of July, our kitchen sink clogged and backed up. We were in the middle of preparing food, and we needed a solution as fast as possible. I called Roto-Rooter, and they were at our house in about 90 minutes. They cleaned out the clog (about 12 feet from the sink), got the water flowing again, and we were able to continue our holiday with minimal downtime. Our technician was polite, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again.
7/22/2018 - Called Roto-Rooter at 9 AM and they arrived at 10 AM. Within the hour he had cleared our clogged kitchen sink. My realtor purchased a one year home warranty on the new home we purchased 2 months ago and Fidelity Insurance contracted Ally Plumbing who came out to my house 3 times and could not clear the clogged sink. Ally stated they needed to replace my pipes that were bad. Fidelity rejected the claim. No one from Fidelity or Ally called me to give me the update. I had to call to hear the bad news. Frank did a great job of explaining things, did the job quickly and efficiently. He had to bring the large machine in the house and downstairs. He carefully covered our stone so it wouldn't crack and was careful with our hardwoods. Everything was cleaned up. Very professionally done.

This was our first time calling out a plumber. We had Roto Rooter come out to clear an ongoing clog that we couldn’t seem to do on our own. Paul came out and cleared the problem and noticed a hole in the original pipe which was over 100 years old.
