We had our sewer back up. It could have been a huge disaster, but we called Roto-Rooter and they took care of it. What amazed me was how quickly they arrived. The two men who came were courteous and got the job done quickly. The price was higher than I expected, but our coupon helped a lot with that. If it ever happens again, we will call Roto-Rooter.

Today we had a restroom emergency today and with only one in the house it quickly became an issue. We called Roto-Rooter because it was the first plumbing agency to pop up but we couldn't be happier to have received service from them. Fernando Prieto assisted us today and he was incredible. He answered all my husband's questions and showed a level of expertise that I haven't seen in a while. Frank was the technician who came to my "rescue" this afternoon. I had slow drains and grunge was backing up in the shower. I told him that I had a feeling my drain field was failing and the septic tank had filled up even though it had been pumped just a year ago. He checked the tank and sure enough, that was the problem. He was very kind even though there was nothing he could do to fix the problem.

You want honesty? First off my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday evening. They called me and cancelled my appointment due to no technician available. They ask me if I would like for them to come out the next morning, Thursday between 8am an 9am? I said yes please because I had a plugged up toilet. So 8:30am rolls round the next day and I call dispatch to see where they are. Dispatch has no notes that they were suppose to be out to my place this morning! I tried to fix my clogged dishwasher myself and made a total mess. RotoRooter was out within an hour to help. Drew was fantastic, professional, friendly, patient with my barking dogs and actually saved me a lot of headache because guess what..The clog WASN’T my dishwasher!! It was the air gap! He fixed it quickly, offered great advice for another issue and I look forward to working with RotoRooter again for all my future projects.

Roto-Rooter sent a technician, Tim, to our house to look into excess water usage. He did a home walkthrough and an external walk around. He presented me with a course of action after performing an initial water isolation. He answered my questions and provided a path forward.

Cliff was efficient and effective! My sink was filling up with water and I was due to leave for a trip; rotorooter got someone there in about an hour.
