Roto-Rooter Plumbers – I have had varied results from using different plumbers in Gainesville. I had an emergency flooded bathroom at night and called them since I knew someone would answer 24/7. They took my information politely and a technician was sent out within 40 min. It was late and the plumber I was sent was very courteous, listened to my concerns and I was honestly pleased with him. quick fix – Thanks to roto-rooter a contractor problem was quickly fixed. The contractor decided to glue the threaded fittings together so when the faucet was being replace the fittings broke while trying to unscrew them. With a small leak in the evening I called rot-rooter and in 45 min they wre there and the problem fixed. Sam was very professional and vry helpful. He even completed the connections for me and waited to see if there were any leaks. Thanks for making a problem into an easy fix.

Awesome Plumbing Company! – When I needed a plumber I went with a well established name. When I searched for them online, I was pleasantly surprised that I could schedule an appointment online. So I did just that and 30 minutes later I received a call from Roto-Rooter here in my city Rock Hill confirming my appointment and specifying within 2 hours when the plumbers would be here and that I would receive a call when they were on their way...Wow! Never again! – They came out and gave me an estimate of $180 to replace a faucet, which I thought was excessive, but I needed it badly so I went ahead. THEN when the job was done they came back with a bill for $260. I did NOT authorize this extra charge and I feel I was robbed. $260 for a faucet is robbery. THEN customer service was rude when I called in a complaint. DO NOT use this company. BAD, BAD, BAD. Oh and Gville Roto-Rooter? I called the national office and complained too. Next stop, Craig's List.

Excellent Service – Excellent service.. on 10/26, I accidently drilled a hole into the main water supply line going to our business while digging a post hole. I called the city first and of course they said it wasn't their problem and on top of that, they couldn't even find the water cutoff at the main street to stop the water. I called Roto Rooter at 1:15, by 1:30 they had 3 guys there starting to work on the problem. roto-rooter service is excellent – Roto-Rooter was here within 2 hours after I called. The service man(Bobby) was friendly and told me what needed to be done and the charges. He worked quickly and cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/13/10 & 11/15/10 service dates – Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/13/10 & 11/15/10 - Peter, our technician came out on a Saturday and explained our problem to us. He flushed the pipes and came back on 11/15/10 to replace a portion of the broken pipe. He took great care not to tear up our yard any more than it had to be. Peter was very pleasant to work with and fully explained the issues to us. We are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely call Roto-Rooter again with any problems.
